WNPZ-AM has brought a refreshing new format to the Knoxville area as an affiliate of Rejoice Musical Soul Food Network. The format is Urban Inspiration. It is a new format that is growing fast in the market. The Urban Inspiration play list has an emphasis on positive family themes. Songs are uplifting.
The Rejoice Musical Soul Food network includes over fifty markets. We play a mix of contemporary and traditional Gospel artists. The network reaches ten per cent of the Gospel Radio Audience.
Currently the primary demographic for Rejoice 1580 is African- American females, 35+.
